Rental Pricing & Food Minimums

Monday - Thursday: $800 rental & $900 food minimum

Friday Night: $900 rental & $1,000 food minimum

Saturday Night: $1,100 rental & $1,200 food minimum

All dinner and cocktail receptions are based on 3-hour duration. Events extending beyond this time are subject to overtime at $300.00 per hour thereafter.

1 farm table bar table - Stays in House

Set-up & tear down of rooms

Cleaning fee after the event

Additional Fees

$50.00 cake cutting, per cake

$75.00 station attendant

$150.00 bartender (1 bartender per 75 beer & wine)

Outside Catering

All food & beverage is supplied by Christine’s Unlimited. If food is desired by another caterer, there will be an up-charge of $1,200.00 per event or 25% of the total food bill, whatever is greater. An itemized bill must be presented to Christine's from the outside catering company 2 weeks in advance with menus, set-up times and event times.
